The firm believes in the importance of deep local operational expertise and maintains on the ground origination, due diligence, underwriting, structuring, ESG, and asset management capabilities. AshmoreAVENIDA structures transactions to provide an optimal capital structure and focuses heavily on alignment of interests between the company, its local partners and its investor clients.
